Phase 1 MacroFIT Bootcamp


Next Bootcamp begins April 1st! Enrollment ends March 20th.

This online bootcamp includes 4 weeks of meal plans, grocery shopping lists, workouts with instructional videos, accountability check ins and tracking of progress, and a private facebook group to correspond with other bootcampers in your phase

This bootcamp is open to any female that does not need a specialized diet plan (i.e. pregnant, diabetic, allergic to dairy/eggs, keto, etc. Unsure? Just ask!)

Items needed for bootcamp:
-food scale
-set of bands that I will post (they’re about $15 on amazon)
-3 sets of dumbbells (5s, 8s, and either 10s or 12s)
